Can you help me? I would like to looking my father but I don't know how and how will help me. My mom told me that my father nickname was Tom Harrison. He was MP in Vietnam War on August 69 - August 70 at Long Binh. His duty was controlling patrol jeep around Bien Hoa street. Please help me to find him. Thank you for help me.

Left 82nd MPs for 630th Cam Rahn and Phu Bai 70-71. Phil, was first or second unit responding to the shooting at Sou Chin Linda's, with my partner the PMI cop from Joplin. One hell of a night, with the duece of mostly-drunk MPs that were sent over to comb the village.

Its been 1 year plus 2 weeks since my last posting in your guestbook. In that posting I requested contact from any troop of the 630th whom recalled the triple murder at the House of Jacks club at Dong Ba Thin Army Compound. Unfortunately such a contact hasn't been established, perhaps tomorrow?? In the last year I was able to establish the following concerning the killer and his punishment, which was none. He was held by the 630th and interviewed during his 3 days in lock up in Cam Ranh Bay. He was then transferred to LBJ for In-Country confinement until January 72, That January he was sent to Fitzsimmons Army Hospital, Denver, Co. and held in their mental Health ward. Ironically. That was also my assigned Post upon my DEROS from Nam and I ETS'd from service just 7 months before he arrived. He remained at Fitzsimmons just 2 months before being transferred to Hines VAMC in Chicago, Il. It was there he was discharged from the Army. He continues to reside in Chicago and a background check reveals he has had no arrest since his Army release. Did he claim innocent by insanity in a ruse to escape discipline?? We will never know but we are left to wonder how a murderer/traitor shoots down 3 unknown and innocent Brother soldiers and in a short 5 months is released?? What a waste.
